- If you use a LPR port to print, you will need to add the LPR Port. Open the start - Settings -

Control Panel - Add or Remove Programs. Click the Add/Remove Windows Components.

Windows components are displayed, select other Network file and Printing service - Detail -

UNIX printing service, and click the OK. Click finish. The LPR port software has been added.

1. Click Start - Settings - Control Panel

- Printers. Click the Add Printer icon.
